What is Couples Resorts Romance Rewards?

At Couples Resorts, we’ve been catering to wedding-havers, honeymooners, long-term partners, and everything in between since 1949. Whether it’s your first time staying with us or you’re a seasoned guest of Couples Resorts, our mission to show you the best that all-inclusive holidaying has to offer.

However, we especially love to reward our returning customers for their loyalty and custom and with Romance Rewards, we do just that. Romance Rewards has a number of levels, depending on how many nights you have previously stayed with us. Each level comes with its own set of unique rewards that are guaranteed to make your stay in paradise even better. Let’s take a closer look at what you can enjoy when you stay with Couples Resorts.

Romance Rewards Level One: First Love

We call our first level of Romance Rewards ‘First Love’. When you have stayed at a Couples Resort previously between 0 and 5 nights, you will unlock First Love. First Love members can enjoy our Trading Places benefit, that allows you to avail of a day pass to nearby resorts so you can experience what our other resorts have to offer. The Trading Places day pass includes a complimentary transfer from your host hotel to other properties at 9.45am and returning at 4pm. With First Love, you will also receive an invitation to the Repeat Guest Dinner on all your repeat visits to Couples Resorts. You can also earn $25 in resort credit for every couple you refer to stay at Couples Resorts.

Level Two: Young Love

Our next level is Young Love. This is for couples who have stayed at Couples Resorts for between 6 and 13 nights previously. With Young Love you will receive unique Couples t-shirts for your partner and you. As well as this you will receive $100 resort credit, a departure gift, and advance reservations for our specialty restaurants and included excursions (online pre-check in mandatory).

You will also be able to avail of all rewards from First Love.

Level Three: Renewed Love

Once you have stayed with us for between 14 and 23 nights previously, you will move in our third level, Renewed Love. With Renewed Love, you can enjoy a choice of Couples t-shirts, a bottle of Appleton Rum, coffee, or Jamaican sauces. Your resort credit will also be increased to $150 at this level.

You can also avail of all rewards from First Love and Young Love.

Level Four: Passionate Love

Our fourth level is Passionate Love. When you stay for between 24 and 49 nights at Couples Resorts, you will move to Passionate Love. You will be able to enjoy even more fantastic rewards such as $200 resort credit and a complimentary 25-minute couples massage, as well as all rewards from our first three levels.

Level Five: Endless Love

Our fifth and final level is of course Endless Love. Once you have stayed with us for 50 or more days you will be a member of Endless Love. With the benefits of each of the previous four levels, you will also earn our Club Mobay departure passes. Club Mobay is the standard setter when it comes to travelling to and from Jamaica via Sangster International Airport. Luxury dining, stylish comfort, and fast track travel is what you can expect to enjoy as a member of our Endless Love level. You will also be given our signature Couples Resorts gift as a thank you for being such a loyal customer.

How do I start?
