Resort Credits may be used for the following amenities:

Resort credits may not be used for:
- Scuba, including PADI-certification and night dives
- Casino tokens or costs related to the casino
- Off-site excursions
- Arts, crafts, jewelry, and hair braiding from outside vendors
- Private transfers
- Private cruise
- Mandatory $500 vendor fee for outside photographers
- Wedding or Vow Renewal ceremony related fees
- Payment & cancellation policies
Resort Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Refunds will not be provided for unused resort credits.
Resort Credit amounts may vary, but are available per room, not per person

Cancellations and amendments:
Any cancellation or amendment request must be notified to us in writing and will not take effect until written
notification is received by us. If you cancel or amend your booking the Principal will charge the cancellation
or amendment charge shown in their terms and conditions (which may be 100% of the cost of the travel
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able
to reclaim these charges. You may not cancel certain arrangements after they have been confirmed and any
cancellation may incur a charge of up to 100% for that part of the arrangements.
Your Holiday contract:
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your
party the terms of these booking conditions, and that you are 18 years of age or over. A contract will exist
as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice.
This contract is made on the terms of these booking
which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law
and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland, if you wish to do so.
Your financial protection:
Kenwood Travel Is the licence holder and provides inclusive tour packages for Couples Resorts.
The air holiday packages in this website are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, ATOL number is
5664. Please read the booking conditions on the final purchasing page for more information.
Fully bonded member of ABTA (Abta no 7456X). If your holiday does not include flights, ABTA will financially
protect your holiday in the same way.

Your holiday price:
We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown on our web site. You will be advised of
the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
Any booking requests made on our website are subject to availability. Your credit/debt card will not charged
until your holiday is confirmed. Should your holiday not be available or should there be any difference in
cost we will contact you to discuss this and offer alternatives. If any of the alternatives we offer are not
acceptable you are at liberty to cancel your online booking request.
When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of £100 per person, or a higher amount, which would be
notified at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least ten weeks before your
departure date. If you book within ten weeks of your travel date we will require full payment at time of
booking. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. If the
balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.
Changes in [transportation costs, including the cost of fuel] [dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services
such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports] and [exchange rates] mean
that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. However there will be no change
within 30 days of your departure.
We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of your travel
arrangements, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. You will be charged for the amount
over and above that, plus an administration charge of £1.00 per person together with an amount to cover
agents’ commission. If this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 10% of the price of your
travel arrangements, you will have the option of accepting a change to another holiday if we are able to offer
one (if this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more but if it is of lower quality
you will be refunded the difference in price), or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid,
except for any amendment charges.
We will consider an appropriate refund of insurance premiums paid
if you can show that you are unable to transfer or reuse your policy. Should you decide to cancel for this
reason, you must exercise your right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on your final
Should the price of your holiday go down due to the changes mentioned above, by more than 2% of your
holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you.
Passport, visa and immigration requirements:
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and
you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if
you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
Credit Card Charges:
Where payments are made by any credit card we will impose a service charge of 2% of the amount due. In the
case of American Express this would rise to 2.50%. These rates may change from time to time and you will be
advised of the current rate by our consultants at time of payment. Where refunds are made the amount would not
include a refund of the service charge.
Any amendments that we may make to the flight details, such as change in carrier, departure time and airport
of departure would be considered as a minor change and would not be subject to any compensation or allow you
to cancel the reservations. The exception to this would be if the timings changed by a more than of 12 hours.
