This is the story of Nico, born at 6.15 pm on the beaches of Couples Resorts.
Nico was the last of the turtles to come out of the nest. His goal was to reach the ocean fraught with perils, his path to freedom a long one. And, bless his little flippers, he was not quite the fastest, having been left behind by 177 of his brother and sisters!
Many of the guests at Couples Resorts were on hand to cheer for little Nico's survival. We won't ruin the story for you, but the following video shows his escape to freedom shortly after his birth!
