   A Couples Resorts classic, the Rum Runner is a smooth, fruity delight with a hint of island spice.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• ½ oz banana liqueur
• ½ oz blackberry liqueur
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• Splash of grenadine

Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.

2. The Lovers’ Martini
   Elegant, smooth, and slightly sweet, this martini is made for two.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz passion fruit purée
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
