Appleton Estate, Blackriver and YS Falls
The south coast of the island is there for exploring. Discover and taste some of the world’s most elegant rums at Appleton. Have a refresher at the YS Waterfalls. Then on to a boat ride along the famous Blackriver. Watch out for the crocodiles.
Christopher Columbus spent a year here in Seville shipwrecked. Now you can get a taste of what he experienced. Horse trek across the shore, visit the Great House and take a break on the beach. You are in Jamaica, after all.
Local school visit
While you’re here, experience some genuine Jamaican culture at the Free Hill Primary and Infant School. The kids love hearing your stories. It’s voluntary and your visit will last from 9:30 am to12:00 pm on a Friday morning.
